X-Ray Inspection of Components to Confirm Structure

X Ray inspection is a non destructive testing method. The X-Ray test allows us to determine simple key structural elements of the component such as:

• Die presence
• Bond wire presence and location

The images in our gallery below show the level of detection that is possible. It is not possible to see the die markings of componentes via Xray, however decapsulation can determine this aspect.
